Our 'ANNUAL PEST PROGRAM' is designed to protect your home and belongings from all general pests.

• Quarterly service is standard, with no charge emergency service available for the entire year.
• Interior treatments are detailed and thorough and applied in a manner consistent with the label, with principal focus on the safety of your family and your belongings.
• Exterior treatment is standard and may include granular applications and/or liquid applications with a focus on preventing unwanted pests from even entering the home.
• Annual ULV thermal foggings of areas such as attics, crawlspaces, basement ceilings, storage and garage areas.
• General pests included in the program include roaches, ants, waterbugs, silverfish, firebrats, fleas, ticks, spiders, crickets, mice, rats, stored product pests and the like.
• Although termites and bedbugs are not included in this program due to the extra measures that must be undertaken to eliminate them, they can be addressed on an as needed basis, either as an add-on to the Annual Pest Program, or as a preventive feature.
• Other measures may include the use of aerosols, gel baits, foaming, dusting, tracking powders, glueboards, bait blocks and the like.  These measures are conditional and at the discretion of Signature Pest Control in preventing and eliminating any unwanted pests.
